Called the owners because wanted to see when would receive, since shopify didn't provide an update. When owner answered, he advised more likely delayed because of Winter Storm. I guess I should have been patient, because it arrived the next day after speaking to him. The book is explanatory and breaks down recipe ingredients in a way you can easily follow. In addition, owner said I could text or call if have any questions concerning the recipes, and they would get back as soon as they can. Thank you Tasty Eden for excellent customer service.
This is one of my favorites. If making anything cheesy or egg-like, or doing any yellow/green curries, this is a great seasoning.

Usually I just use individual spices in cooking, so I wasn't sure about these at first. I decided to order Jerk, Tropical, Da Best, Caribbean, and Plant-based Chicken, and I like them all. The tropical surprised me the most because I didn't know what to expect, but it really goes on everything. The chicken seasoning on grilled tofu is so good, and the Caribbean & Da Best are my favorites on grilled veggies. Thank you so much for these delicious, healthy, and easy to use spice blends!
